MessageI just want to take a drum loop that is one tempo like 80 BPM for
example and place it in a project that is another tempo like 75 BPM.

You can acidize them in SoundForge. Don't know how, just know that it is
possible. What exactly did you want to do?
It's not perfect by any stretch of the imagination, but you can stretch pitch
in Sonar.
