[ddots-l] Re: strange experience with the value keys

Hi Claudio,

I was aware of this. However, I thought it'd be sufficient to just add the US English keyboard to my settings. Now i found out that I have to make US English region my default settings ... and switch the keyboard to German when needed. Thanks for your help.

Hi Wolfgang I'm quite sure that you haven't set your keyboard to US English. When running Sonar you have to do this; it's not important for each task though. If you don't set your keyboard to US English, you must exactly know, what the differences are. I suggest alway to set your keyboard to US English, whenever you run Sonar. Good luck Claudio Sacco c.sacco@xxxxxxxx

when I use jawskey+1 or 3 I can increase and decrease values as described in
the tutorial. When I use jawskey+4 or 6 values will only increase by 1 but
not decrease. Same with jawskey+7 and 9. increase rate here is 2, and no
decrease.

I use windows XP and the jaws surface is reported as correctly installed,
and so are the windows settings.

I'm eagerly wating for any idea on this. Thanks in advance.

Wolfgang
