It is a device from a company called Dangerous. It is a 2-Bus LT Analog Summing Amp. The 2 Bus LT is the budget version which costs $1,500. the full 2 Bus costs about double that.

Hi Phil,

I need 16 outputs because I will be routing them to an analogue summing
amplifier, which takes the 16 channels and summs them into a stereo track.
The summer does this much much better than any DAW can and adds depth,
width 
and definition to a mix.
