Your best bet would be to either install a second hard drive on your system, or 
if your system has firewire, to get an external firewire drive and dedicate it 
for Sonar's audio tracks.

    Well, running two partitions on a single physical drive is actually slower 
than just using one large partition because the head of the drive has to 
constantly search back and forth between the two drives.  This could be causing 
your problems.

      I have 4 gb ddr 2,with core 2 duo procesor,and 500 gb hard drive. No it's 
not dedycated,i have 2 partitions,on first i have cake walk and other programs. 
the sekond now is empty. My buffer size now is 140.

        Well, you may want to give us an idea of your computer system specs 
which will help us analyze your problem.  How much memory do you have?  What 
kind of processor are you using?  And what buffer setting are you using wth 
your sound card?  ALso, do you have a dedicated hard drive for your audio?
