Great stuff!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention.
As you said, even though these are videos, we can still pick up quite a few 
tips in there.
In the audio tempo change tutorial, he didn't really said how to do it. 
I wish he did because that's exactly what I've been wanting to do on a project 
and tried the time/pitch plug-in to do this with poor results. Also it took 
ages to process on my Core 2 Duo machine.
In the tutorial, I don't know if he was recording real time but the processing 
was so incredibly fast...
