The problem is that you are in the bus pane instead of the track pane. if you solo a bus, you hear every track that's routed to that bus. whereas, if you solo a track in the track pane, you'll hear only the track you soloed. If it is happening in the bus pain then, Sonar is working as expected. You should be able to solo an individual track in the track pane no matter which bus it is patched to.
