Omar,

If you've got good quality equipment and cables I think any hardware losses
should be so minute they'll be undetectable.  Remember that every great
album you've ever heard used this stuff and there's some amazing quality out
there.

Thanks Tim. Is it also possible with what I said earlier, about external
synths losing a bit of quality when recording from midi to audio, whereas
softsynths won't lose any?
