[ddots-l] Re: software synthesizers

Hi, Will,

You can insert an instance of the Cakewalk TTS soft synthe if you're running
SONAR 4:

ALT+I
X
Down arrow to Cakewalk TTS and press ENTER

Press ENTER again to accept all defaults.

You'll have two new tracks, one is an audio track to sends signal from the
TTS to your soundcard. But use the new MIDI track (the other new track) to
drive the soft synthe sounds. Press ENTER twice quickly and then ALT+H to
reach the list of patches for the TTS.

Merry Christmas,
Bill

hi all

where can i download a good software synthesizer?
I cant find any references to sites in the tutorial.
Also, am i right in assuming that the software synthesizer i use can be
added onto my keyboards' existing sounds?
So, i can play the software synthesizer via my keyboard and produce sounds
that perhaps my existing model doesn't have?
kind regards and merry xmas to you all
will
