thanks bill, frank and phill. think i will get him over hear to look at how sonar works with ct, based on that he may use it or the cubass which i have installed on the same computer. we have worked with each other for a while, and he has a good understanding of jaws. he is probly the only sighted guy i know that dont mind listening to it. he was never traned to work with jaws, but he understands the workings of it better than most people who work for rehab. so for all i know he would like the ct scripts. i just did not know if ct made the screen look different, for that could cause confusion. ----- Original Message ----- From: William R. Some of CakeTalking's functions depend on certain SONAR components being found in very specific pixel locations. Well, you could leave CT installed. However, you may want to turn on tool tips in the global options dialog box. This will help your sighted friend know what some of the buttons are for. Just remember to disable tool tips again when you get back.
