Have you read the relevant sections in the Sibelius Speaking Tutorial?
Extracting and printing parts is definitely covered in:
Lesson 30. Extract Parts Dialog. How to extract your individual
instruments to separate parts.
Or, read the file "Extracting Parts.rtf" in the individual help docs
folder.
