go to options/ global and vst tab.
there you can tab around and uncheck scan vst folders on startup.

When I lode Sonar, each time it rescans the plug-ins . And it takes
about a minute. I have to wait it to finishes other wise it does not let me
go to the track page of sonar.
What do you think the problem could be, and how can I resolve this thing?
