Or, when focused over a particular affect in the affects bin, press function
key F4 to open the special CT dialog for the track view. Then, press number 1
a couple of times on your numbers row on the top of the keyboard to get down to
option 12. That is the option for moving affect in the affect bin. Press the
enter key and CT will ask you which order you with the affects to appear in.

Hi. I also have Sonar 7 with CT 7 and have wondered about a special way to
do what you are asking. The CT documentation states that it won't be that
easy, and I took this to mean that it might be impossible. It says to insert
your last effect first. To remedy this, I suppose one has to be on the FX Bin
and press the Application key and down arrow to Delete. Do this for both FX.
then insert them again in the reverse order. Be sure to save your settings as
a preset before deleteing the FX from the Bin. This is the way I am doing this
at the moment.
