Hello:
Unfortunately, your problem is unique, which is probably why you haven't gotten
a response. When you say the timing is off, iis everything late or early?
Does this only happen when you do an auto punch as opposed to punching in
manually?

Subject: [ddots-l] punch problem
Hello I didn't get an answer to this question. This is probably my fault, I
probably didn't ask the question the write way.
IN sonar I'm having a problem with punch ins. When I first record a audio
track with vocals the timing is just fine. However When I try and punch in to
fix a piece of the recorded audio The new punched in material's timing is not
in line with the rest of the track. However, When the new puched in material
ends the rest of the original audio plays at the correct timing. Can anyone
tell me why this frustrating problem is occurring and how to fix it?
Thanks you very much
Chad
merry Christmas to all!
