As much as I've used it, which is just burning audio compilations
to CDR and copying cd's, I haven't noticed any degredation in
accessibility from 5 to 6.
What I do though is once I've opened a new window for the
compilation, I then go to My Computer and the drive, folder, etc.
where the files are that I want to copy, then I do the regular
copy and paste commands. Copy, switch back to nero, and
Paste. If for some reason things don't show up in the right
order, it's easy enough to move them around.

Hi again,
Thanks to the folks who recommended Nero. I think I'll go that
route But, I do have a question about specific versions.
I'm reasonably confident that burning ROM version 5.5 got good
reviews for accessibility, but there's a nagging part of my
brain that half remembers from this list that version 6 and its
updates are not so JAWS friendly. Is that correct? Any thoughts?
Thanks.
