Yes, we strongly recommend that everyone upgrade to version 3.0. Many of the limitations of 2.6 have been addressed.

I'll need a bit more information about the kind of  music you are
trying to scan and print. Also, exactly what is different  about
it? Are you using the automatic transcription option?

First the problem is not mine but about my Customer Davide (he is blind). I'm a Computer Technician an him has buyed the software from an italian reseller (I'll ask Davide for the name) an year ago.

The music scanned is an Organ Partitura and the transcription used is
the keyboard one.

I've read the message from albertm13 and i think Davide must upgrade
at the 3.0 version...
