Hi,
A number of things could be happening--- Let's start with the
most obvious: Did you check to see that these tracks do
actually have data on them? If yes did you check to see that
these tracks are not muted? Lastly did you check to see that the
track output port setting points to your motif?
Get back if things still don't work.
