I'm actually wondering this myself. Could the midi interface be causing this
problem? Gord doesn't seem to think that Sonar is causing the problem.

  Omar:
what i would do is to connect a midi keyboard directly to the module, that
way i could discard the possibility that sonar or the midi interface could be
producing that problem.
when testing it directly the idea would be to send through the 16 channels
one by one and see if it sounds like that.
  i hope i explained myself.

Using the main left and right stereo outs.

are you using individual audio outputs? or just a main stereo out.
