[ddots-l] please help

I'm still trying my best to understand why I can't control my input level. As I
said before, I have a Audio Tampa mic preamp. It has an input level knob.
Unfortunately it doesn't matter where the knob is the input meter still reads
0.0 DB. For the kind of work that I do I need the best vocals that I can get.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
