Andrew,
Thank you so much! That's exactly what I heard! Did you red that with Lime
aloud? That really helped man!

  Brian,
I cheated and looked at the first page of music on MusicNotes.com.
Here's what they have (original published key of C major):
  measure 1: 4/4 time, D(add9) over G bass, C(add9) over F bass.
  measure 2: D(add9) over G bass, B-flat(add9) over F-flat bass.
  measure 3: A(add9) over D bass.
  measure 4: F(add9) over B-flat bass, E-flat(add9) over A-flat bass.
  measure 5: F-major-7, D(add9) over G bass.
  measure 6: G-flat-9-sus.
  measure 7: 5/8 time (slightly faster) F-major-9.
  measure 8: G-major-9.
  measure 9: F-major-9.
  measure 10: G-major-9.
  measure 11: F-major-9.
  measure 12: G-major-9.
  (switch bak to 3/8 time...)
and then there's a page-turn so that' all I got...

  I hope this helps.
