Hi.

I personally stopped AVG on any system because as they upgraded it, it was
getting less and less accessible. Also, it started taking up more system
resources, which is a real pain in the nuts.

I'm currently using NOD32, which seems to be fine.

Cheers
Darren

I had AVG but I couldn't seem to figure out how to disable it when I wanted
to use Sonar. I am now using Avast because I can pause it when I need to use
sonar. Do you find AVG to be accessible? I didn't find it to be very accessible
at all. Do you have to use the jaws cursor for most of it?

Try going to the Avast website and looking for known conflicts?

I had the same thing with Malwarebytes and Trend...

I ended up ditching Trend, and installing AVG free.

This combi worx a lot better than Trend, and it cost me zilch instead of £50
sterling!

    Hello,

Sorry, this is slightly off topic, but I know some of the users on here use
both avast for antivirus, and no adware for spyware. I have that setup on my
computer, and this just started happening: avast is detecting no adware as a
virus and keeps removing the program from my computer. Any suggestions?

    Thanks.
