I thought there must be an easier way than the one I was using.

  Do what Daren said. After inserting your four bars at the end, you could 
select all the tracks and then control x to cut them to the clip board. Then 
you could paced them four bars later with control v.

  Hi All,

   

  Is there an easy way to move a whole project forward 4 bars? for example.

   

  I'm courrently Copying the whole project then deleting the project from the 
track view and finally pasting it at the bar I wish to move it too.
