I was mixing down at 24 bits, but now it's working fine!

Hi Frank.
Make sure that when you export audio, you select a sampling rate of 44.1
KHz and a bit depth of 16 bits.

Speaking of that, Why won't Nero 6.6 recognize The files that I have
exported from sonar3.11.
Must I export as a broadcast wave instead of a riff wave?
In order for Nero to burn, I had to open the files in Sound forge, select
the whole wave, copy it to a new window, and save it as a new file.
Could someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?
