[ddots-l] mixing down in sornar 4

Hi Listers,
I just baught Sornar 4 and the caketalk programs. I understand most of the stuff but am not sure how to save in mp3 or wave format. I have been told this is called "mixing down." Could someone please tell me how to do this procedure so Ican play the finished file in winamp etc?
