  If you are using Cake Talking, check out the tutorial which covers things 
like this.

  Or press alt 4 to go into the event view, right arrow to the velocity and try 
editing the value there. It's a good idea to check the velocity of nearby notes 
so you have an idea of what value to enter.

  If you play a frays at your keyboard in to Sonar, and one of the notes is 
louder then you wanted, Is there a way to bring the volume of that single note 
down.
  Just trying to avoid replaying.
