To loop 16 bars, go to the beginning of the first bar and press F9. Go to
the end of the 16th bar and press F10. Then press the letter "L" to set
loop. Then play.

I have been following the direction word for word but for some reason
Control + Q, makes nothing happen.
and I think that I'm not doing the loop function correctly. What exactly
should I do to loop 16 bars?
