Bryan,
I have been following the direction word for word but for some reason
Control + Q, makes nothing happen.
and I think that I'm not doing the loop function correctly. What exactly
should I do to loop 16 bars?

Its Rinn, I have been making great progress with CT and sonar... however,
the looping and quantizing options have been giving me problems...
