[ddots-l] latency

Can anyone help me out with  figuring out how to fix a slight delay in my midi 
setup.  The midi tracks seem to be slightly late when I'm trying to record I 
hit the keyboard and the sound is a little behind the keyboard hit.  Is there 
an adjustment I need to make somewhere in Sonar?
