[ddots-l] Re: k1000 and Goodfeel in conflict

I honestly don't think installation order has anything whatsoever to do with
it, but rather the parameters applied to the "twain server" as to whther the
server/therefore scanner is to be held by an application in between scans. I
don't think this should even come into play, unless someone is running both
programs simultaneously--something I can't find a logical reason for in the
first place...

That is odd. I have the kurzwiel software and sharpeye running on my wife's

Did you install the kurzwiel software after installing sharpeye? Maybe you
should try reinstalling sharpeye if that is the case.

Hi to both lists,

Yesterday I tried to run Goodfeel on a laptop Windows XP home machine that
also has k1000 version 9.2 on it. Every time we tried to start Sharp Eye,
Kurzweil would try to grab the image and would start to chatter, but Sharp
Eye was frozaen on the image. Anyone on either list who has a similar
set-up, I would appreciate some contact with. Thanks.

Evelyn
