HF, this happens to me all the time. The way to get rid of it is to manually
turn each one off and save the project again.

Subject: [ddots-l] input monitoring in Sonar 4.02
This has happened enough times that I know that it isn't a fluke. But not
enough times where I could figure why or how it happens.
After reopening a project all of my input monitoring echo is turned on.
I've tried resaving the project with all of the input echo turned off but
when I reopen the file again, all of the input echo is right back on..
Any ideas.
I'm using Jaws 5.1, Sonar 4.02 with the CT scripts.
