If you're using Sonar, try resetting your sample rate in your sound card and
in Options Audio

Jim,

You've almost certainly tried to play it back at a different sample rate
than you recorded it at. 

If you've got Sound Forge, I think there's a resampling option, but can't
recall which menu it's on.

Don't know what I've done, but when I play back my current project, its
playing at double the speed.  This is just the first draft and I have it as
awav file, but I'd like to know what I've done and how to rectify this.
