[ddots-l] help contacting ESP guitars and creative labs

Hi all.  I need to contact support for both companies above but am having
trouble.  On the ESP site, there is music playing through a flash player
window I think and I can't turn it off!  Grr.  I found an e mail form but
with the music on, I can't hear jaws well enough to properly fill it out.  I
want to find an e mail address if possible.

Also, I need to find an e mail address to creative labs.  I've searched
their site but have had no luck finding an address or phone number.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
