[ddots-l] headphone configuration

I have a question about the FW1884. 

It only has one headphone jack. I want to record three other singers at the
same time and I'm wondering how to do it. Should I buy a headphone amp, plug
it in to the output on the FW1884  and then run all the other headphones
from there? 

Is there a better way to do this?
