I use loops as often as I can. Those guys just play lots better than I ever
could. I use drums on demand a lot. They record the toms really well. I would
be interested in any other good loop makers that people know about.

      OK, folks.

I am giving up on BFD 2 as an option, after spending hundreds of dollars
to find it is just going to take too much sighted help to get this to be
functional at all.

I need to find a soft synth that does the best realistic drums I can find
and is accessible. I want to be able to process each drum in a kit on its own
track in sonar. I want to be able to load different kits depending on the my
project, some for metal work, some for regular rock, and some for pop. I need a
wide variety of drum sounds. Electronic kits are a plus, but not mandatory and
would probably be limited to 80s sounding kits like simmons, oberheim kits and
the like. Does anybody have suggestions? I am tired of ripping my hair out to
get drum sounds. And it is not always feasible to hire a drummer, so let's not
go there.
