[ddots-l] enable jaws control surface don't work

Hi,
Pffffff damned, the problem stays.
I have done all the right settings including to turn of the useraccount
control but he says:
not available because you have to turn off the useraccount but it is turning
of!!!
I DONT UNDERSTAND!!!
