[ddots-l] doing the windows settings for CT

Hi everyone, as I got a new computer I will have to reinstall sonar and CT. Now, is there any comfortable way to do the window settings such as screen resolution etc. I have a slight memory that someone mentionned a tool for that. If my memory is right, can anyone give me a useful hint? Thank you.
