[ddots-l] does any body know about a beat counter [SaferSurf.com Status: eMail virus free]

Hi,
sometimes I wish to work with musicpieces that consists to be of an MP3File.
Now, I import the thing, but when I would like to play with my synthesizer
to it, I should have the right tempo. therefore it would be quite nice if I
had a little tool, that lets me analyce the bpm of an MP3File.
Does any body know something about such a tool?
