Peter:
If you are just using the edirol virtual sound canvas, you can just do the
export from the file menu and you will get a stereo mix of your song as a
wav file. If you want to get your individual tracks as audio, solo the midi
track, select it from the beginning to the end, and also select the audio
track that carries the instance of the edirol synth you are using for that
midi track. Then, while on the midi track, go to the edit menu and choose
the bounce to track option. In that dialog, you can select the audio track
where you would bounce the track, and one of the choices is "new" if you
haven't already set an audio track aside.

Subject: [ddots-l] converting midi tracks to audio
I'm not sure that my first email went through. So, if you got my first email
please disregard this one. I am learning alot about caketalking for Sonar. I
have made lots of progress. I have 4 projects recorded. I have been reading
the tutorial to find out about converting midi tracks to audio, but I have
not been successful. I'm sure that there is a way to do this, but the
tutorial doesn't seem to say anything about it.
Can someone please email me the steps on how to do this?
This may be helpful. I'm using my key bord as a controler. Right now I'm
only using the sounds from the Ederal. I'm not using any sound paches from
my key bord
