first select the track.
from the process menu select scale velocity and in the dialog you have start
and end for scaling ramp up or ramp down with the velocity but in this case
just enter the same velocity you desire and be sure the percentage box is
unchecked.

Subject: [ddots-l] chaging velocity on notes
Hi,
I am using SONAR 4. Is there a fast way to change the velocity of all the
notes on a specific track to the same number? For instance, if I have a guitar
on Track 1 that I want at velocity 50, but a clarinet on Track 2 that I want
with velocity 70, is there some way to select the notes on each track and make
them all either 50 or 70 (or do I have to go into the event view and do each
note individually!)?
Thanks; I've read the manual on this but don't find it very clear.
