The Edirol is a multi-timberal synth. Dream Station and Cyclone are not. That's why you don't get instrument banks with those two. If you have hardware synths, or the Microsoft GS Wavetable, you can go through the patch browser to audition sounds See the documentation with CT for details. Which version of SONAR are you using? I'd like to know if there's a quick way to browse through patches and banks to test the available sounds? bbtw , only the Editrol VSC virtual synth seems to make available real sound, the cyclone and Dream Stations softsynth don't do nothing here. -------------------- Arnaud de Bonald - Paris, France - Sysop Netcava BBS = http://www.netcava.net ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** ddots-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:ddots-l-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** ddots-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
