Go into audio options, (alt O followed by O), then control tab once to get 
to the advanced tab.  Press alt D and you will be in the driver mode list. 
Choose asio, then press enter twice and close Sonar.  Reopen Sonar and go 
back into the audio options dialog and control tab twice to get to the 
"drivers page." Your available drivers should be in two lists, one for input 
and one for output.  You can only have drivers for one of your audio devices 
selected at a time when using Asio drivers, so deselect all the drivers for 
the devices you don't want to use and select the ones for the device you 
want.
