Save them as cwb files: you don't have to worry about the waive directories
then. In the save box hit the letter c. It will take a bit of time to save
if there's a lot of audio. John Fioravanti

hmmm... Well im not sure how i am saving the projects i am just going
to save and naming the project and it is saving them as a cwp file in
the projects folder. But in the audio folder i do have a buntch of
audio files in a wav format. How would i save these a different way?
thanks.

Are you not using per project audio? If you are using per project audio
then, you would have individual projects stored in separate folders with
the
.CWP file inside each folder. If not then, probably the easiest way to
do
this would be to save the files out as Cakewalk Bundles and copy the .cwb
files to your external drive.

Subject: [ddots-l] backing up projects in sonar
Hi all, ok i have some projects that i have saved on my harddrive that
i want to back up to my usb drive. Do i just back up the .cwp file? Or
do i need to go in to the audio folder and grab the files there to?
Kind of weird how sonar handles this stuff. Thanks.
