[ddots-l] backing up projects in sonar

Hi all, ok i have some projects that i have saved on my harddrive that
i want to back up to my usb drive. Do i just back up the .cwp file? Or
do i need to go in to the audio folder and grab the files there to?
Kind of weird how sonar handles this stuff. Thanks.
