A watch through an amp? Uh ok, whatever man.
If you're using an older version of Sonar, can't it send a click
track to a midi device, probably channel 10 the standard drums channel?
Sorry if that's been suggested already. I can't remember much how
things worked in older versions of Sonar.

I've tried the audio option and that didn't work either!
If it did work I'd be quite happy with that. All I want is some steady
ticking at the speed of my desire! If a clockwork watch can do it
then why
can't sonar? I think I'll just have to close mic up my clockwork
watch and
huck it up to a really powerful amplifier. If I manage to get the
mic not
feeding back so horrificly that I can't hear the ticking and being
deafened
by the feedback, then it should work like bread and butter,
asumming you
like that combination but I think you get my point here.
