Well, here on my system, if I go into the audio options dialog box on the first tab, there is a button called "ASIO panel." If I press the spacebar on it, that opens up the ASIO control panel for my MOTU. The button in question is just befroe the OK button. I can then go in there and alter the buffer setting.

When you are using asio, the latency stays at zero. You need, however, to
change the buffer settings. I believe it's in the advance dialog box.
Delta 44 should be fine. I have recorded many projects with it.

Rod,
I wasn't sure if it was a SB card or not, but unfortunately it isn't. It's
a
delta44. I'm not good with computers when it comes to memory, so maybe
that's the problem. I doubt it, since I only have Jaws and Sonar on it.
Also, when I set the latancy to a certain setting, then click okay, I get
little to no difference, but maybe that's because the next time I am in
the
latancy setting it's set back to what it was by default.
