Sean sorry you feel that way. I apologise unreservedly for mentioning said
free alternatives and possibly training people in alternatives on list.

However, last time I checked, this list was a discussion list for DD
products including Cake Talking. Don't see anyone from Dancing Dots
stepping up the the plate and setting the record straight E.G, when will the

final release of CT for Sonar 8 be out or at least a version of said
software that works with Sonar 8.3.1. Mind you, not sure at this stage that

I would believe a deadline anyway as we have been waiting for 6 months for a

version that supports Sonar 8.3.1. This is unacceptable. Your cutcy
Christmas thing was nice but, still know update or importantly, response
from Bill who really should have said something by now.

As always, my reason for mentioning this is not to upset anyone at Dancing
Dots. Far from it. I just want CT users to have the unparalleled access to

all new features in Sonar 8.3.1 E.G, new plug-ins that they deserve as they
have already paid for the privilege. As someone who trains in Cake Talking
and alternatives, it's in my interest to have Cake Talking as up to date as
possible hence, my suggestion of incremental software updates. I really do
appreciate the amount of work that it takes to put cake Talking together. I

should do as I was a beta tester on the product for 8 years.

Thankfully HotSpotClicker works in both sets of scripts which, means that
CakeTalking users, can get access to some of the new plug-ins in Sonar8 such

as Channel Tools, TL64_TubeLeveler and the TS64_TransientShaper. If your a

CT user, and you don't want to wait for some of these new plug-ins to be
supported then, you can get HotSpotClicker and the sets from:

http://www.hotspotclicker.org/

Personally I think as a Cake Talking beta tester, it's really easy to forget

what the current version of Cake Talking for Sonar 8 actually supports as
you get used to working with the latest and greatest which, DD customers
don't currently have access too. Why not go to:

http://dancingdots.com/ct/8/

And download that release and install. You will se what I mean.

Putting my Dancing Dots customer hat on, as a Dancing Dots customer, I don't

care if you are all working on support for some plug-in/feature of Sonar
that we have never had access too thus far. As a Cake Talking user, I just
want support to the latest version of Sonar that is currently available.
Its that too much to ask???
