Ha, if only it were that easy. I don't even get the chance to make
changes. When I move to the Settings tab of the Display dialog in
Control Panel, bingo, instant freeze. It doesn't matter whether I do
it by moving across the tab line with the arrow keys or physically
click on the word "Settings" or press CTRL+TAB to get there. Either
way, landing on that page causes the freeze-up.
