As far as I know, all versions of Jaws and other screen reader products.  
Looked at it here with Jaws 7.1.500 through Jaws 10.

  Hi all!

   

  Just a quick note to let you know that the issue with screen readers not 
being able to see the play button and other buttons in the flash object has now 
been resolved.  Thanks to Jerry Majewski for helping us debug the code and 
resolve the issues.  Also, revised the .html code used to put the player on to 
a web site.  Happy Christmas and enjoy!
