Why would you want both open at the same time?

Subject: [ddots-l] Trouble with running sound forge8b and sonar 4

Recently I have experienced difficulty in running both SF8b and sonar 4
together. When both applications are open I am unable to move up and down
the track view in sonar, but as soon as I close Sound forge I have the
freedom to move from one track to another and control it in the usual way.
I know it has nothing to do with the track manager because I have checked it
and all is well,I am using the CT scripts and jaws 6.020. What can be
happening between sound forge and sonar? is sound forge obscuring some part
of the window that sonar uses?
I would welcome any help on this. Thanks.
