Sharon:
Yo7u reall only need to install the dxi version. Try going up on the cakewalk
site to the developers page. I think there may be instrument definitions there
that are not a part of Sonar itself. I haven't had to create an instrument
definition in a very long time, but you might want to try opening an existing
one in a regular text editor like notepad so yu can see how it is put together.
You'll need to know quite a bit about your keyboard, such as the names of all
the patches, how banks are arranged and the type of bank select messages it
uses. It's not an easy task.

Hi Gord!
Which file or files do I install from the Edirol Orchestral, +DXI, +VST, or
both?
Is there a tutorial on how to create instrument definitions? Roland Fantom
X6 doesn't seem to be listed in Sonar.
Thanks for your help!
Sharon
