  tech support post I made about the Virus TI, an analog modeling synth I fell
  in love with and spent far more money than I should have on to buy, only to
  find issues that could easily be fixed with some tweaking. This is the
  response I got back. Needless to say, I am blown away and almost insulted
  and hurt. Read below.
